I've tried some nasty protein pancakes, but I think these are good! So here is the recipe:
1/2 c. instant oatmeal
1/2 c. cottage cheese
5 egg whites (or 2 whole & 1 white)
1 tsp vanilly extract
Cinnamon (to taste)
4 tsp sugar (or 1 Tlb Honey)
Mix everything up in your blender. Cook them up. Yum!
